Elektronifysiikan ryhmä antaa opetusta puolijohdemateriaalien ja -komponenttien fysiikasta ja mikro- ja nanoelektroniikan valmistustekniikasta. Elektronifysiikan ryhmä vastaa kandidaatin tutkintovaiheessa puolijohdeteknologian perusteiden opettamisesta opiskelijoille. Diplomi-insinöörin (DI) tutkintovaiheessa tarjoamme syventyvän- ja erikoismoduulin puolijohdeteknologiasta. Jatko-opintojen tutkimusalana on puolijohdeteknologia. Annamme myös opetusta englanninkieliseen Mikro- ja nanoteknologian DI-ohjelmaan, jonka takia monet kurssimme luennoidaan englanninkielisenä.

Electron Physics Group gives education about semiconductor material and component physics and micro and nanoelectronics manufacturing technology. The Electron Physics Group offers basic semiconductor technology education for those studying for the Bachelor of Science degree. For those doing a Master's degree we offer advanced and special modules in semiconductor technology. We also give education for the English language Micro and Nanotechnology Master's Programme, so many of our courses are lectured in English.
