Education
Teaching is an integral part of Micronova's activities. Courses in micro- and semiconductor fabrication, nanotechnology and optoelectronics are offered for undergraduate and graduate students. A specialty of Micronova is laboratory courses in microfabrication. The International Master’s Programme in Micro- and Nanotechnology provides teaching in English.
