Micronova Board of Directors
In September 2006 a joint Board of Directors was appointed for Micronova. This new structure will enable closer collaboration between the partners and fully utilize the research work and facilities. In the first board meeting on the 18th of November Vice President Jussi Tuovinen from VTT was chosen as chairman and has been acting as chairman of the Board since that. Members of the Board of Directors for the period of 2010-2012 are:

- Dr. Jorma Kyyrä, Vice Rector, Aalto University, Vice Chairman
- Dr. Petteri Alinikula, Nokia
- Dr. Harri Kopola, Director, Research Professor, Center for Printed Intelligence
- Mr. Heikki Kuisma, Vice President, Research, VTI Technologies
- Dr. Outi Krause, Dean, Aalto University's School of Science and Technology
Technology Manager Ulrika Gyllenberg, VTT and Dr. Veli-Matti Airaksinen, Director of the Aalto Nanofab, are permanent experts for the Board of Directors representing the joint cleanroom orgainzation Micronova Nanofabrication Center. The Secretary of the Board from April 2008 until November 30, 2010 has been Micronova's communications officer Aila Blomberg.

Micronovan Johtokunta
Micronovan yhteistyön täysimääräiseksi hyödyntämiseksi tutkimuskeskukselle nimitettiin yhteinen johtokunta syyskuussa 2006. Marraskuun 17. päivänä johtokunta kokoontui ensimmäisen kerran. Puheenjohtajaksi valittiin VTT:n teknologiajohtaja Jussi Tuovinen ja varapuheenjohtajaksi silloisen TKK:n, nykyisin Aalto-yliopiston Teknillisen korkeakoulun varadekaani Outi Krause.

Teollisuuden edustajina tutkimusjohtaja Heikki Kuisma VTI Technologies Oy:stä sekä johtaja Petteri Alinikula Nokia Research Centeristä
Aalto-yliopistoston Teknillisestä korkeakoulusta varadekaani Outi Krause sekä professori Harri Lipsanen.
Johtokunnan asiantuntijana toimii johtaja Veli-Matti Airaksinen Aalto-yliopiston Nanofabrication Centrestä. Kokouksen sihteerinä toimii Micronovan tiedottaja Aila Blomberg.
